Manny Khoshbin is an Iranian-American commercial real-estate investor, president and CEO of The Khoshbin Company in Orange County, California, who immigrated to the US as a teenager and built his fortune in distressed commercial property. He documents one of America's best-known hypercar collections on YouTube, and is the collector behind a series of one-off Hermès-collaboration builds with Bugatti, Pagani and McLaren.
